Project support is a record of decisions, not a promise that every variable is fixed. We document assumptions, flag unresolved interfaces and move a release only when the evidence matches the project stage.

Submittal and delivery control
IES or LDT resources, catalog data, applicable certification information and approved substitutions are aligned with quantities, release dates and delivery sequence.
Handover and warranty routing
Labeling, commissioning notes, driver accessibility and warranty contacts are organized so a facility team can identify the installed configuration after turnover.

Evidence that can enter the review
A reproducible review path
Request the candidate photometric file and selected product data. Model the actual room with recorded reflectance and maintenance assumptions. Review a sample at the expected mounting relationship and dimming level. Record measured input power, observed source appearance and control response. Reconcile deviations before release.
Mock-ups cannot reproduce every daylight condition, finish batch or field obstruction. Photometric files represent tested configurations; substitutions or optical changes require a fresh calculation. Network commissioning remains dependent on the installed control topology and qualified project personnel.
